Babel is a grumpy old cat...

The story of "Babel the cat" was in my mind for a long time. The idea of an insignificant character claiming to be a king beacause of a misunderstanding was very attractive. But it took me a while to find who will be the antihero, and what kind of event will lead him to such megalomania.
What better than a cat to embody the most pretentious and arrogant hero ?
